“Good evening! The first experience with Liverpool airport was the worst of my life. I stayed for 2 hours in a queue of 20-30 people for the check-in and when I got to my turn, Nicola, the airport employee who was the slowest person I've seen (10 minutes for each passenger) said I had to go to another queue, because that was the priority queue... When I told him that what he is doing is not right, because we have been there for 2 hours and it never said that there is priority, he started yelling at me very rudely and mentioned: "Because I commented and did not respect her orders, I will not fly again tonight". She was racist seeing that I am of a different nationality....I arrived at the airport 2.5 hours before the flight and stood in line to leave my checked luggage for 2 hours. The tickets were printed from home with paid seats. The worst company Wizz.air, I will avoid it in the future and I will also tell everyone I know to avoid the Liverpool-Iasi race.p”
“Paid for ‘Park Smart’. No spots for disabled. Had to walk a long distance. Badly sign posted and poorly lit, went round the round about several times and still had to ask directions from staff. No explanation on booking as to the nearest and best parking for disabled. Very poor!!”
“Paid for fast track security. It was shut when we got there. Emailed customer services 5 times. No response. Don’t waste your money paying for this service and hopefully you never have cause for complaint because you will never get a response. Manchester for us in future.”
“Hi my son came to pick me up as I was just diagnosed with bone cancer in Portgual it took me so long to walk to arrivals the plane parked so far away from the terminal he was charged £20 for parking something needs to be done about this how much money do they want in times like this”
“Waiting for help to take a blind man to the check in had to take his suitcase myself as passenger was elderly overstayed by 10 mins and took another 10 mins to get person on intercom to let me out crazy as passenger had booked for assistance”

“Went to pick my daughter up at the drop off 2 zone as I knew there was a hefty fine for parking on the roadside. I turned right at the roundabout towards the car park but unfortunately I turned into the first entrance which was the car hire company car park and ended up with a £100 fine. Why is this classed as the red zone?”

“Picked my son and family up on Sunday 4th.December. Missread the signs and ended up paying £50 car parking. This airport is a money orchard for the owners. My son left his car at Bergamo park & ride for one week, 39 Euros!! The only benefit for my family is the closeness of it to where we live but rather than being 'ripped off' I would be prepared to travel elsewhere.”
“I have parked for 2 weeks previously at this airport for a reasonable price. However I went to pick up 2 friends who's flight was delayed and therefore I spent 30 mins in the Express drop off / pick up area.....this resulted in a Charge of £25!! Which is a F**k**g disgrace. I will never use this airport again!!”
“When the drop off section is working smoothly it is ok, but when it isn't it is a nightmare.
3 times over recent months my husband and I have used this. £5.00 FOR 10 MINUTES DROP OFF / COLLECT. On all these occasions there has been a delay which could have caused increased charges . This was either because there was a large queue at the exit barrier or because the payment system was not working as it should have been, making a payment was difficult and the barrier would not lift. On all these occasions other drivers were also affected. The lane which was signed as being for cash payments was closed. People had to get out of their cars to be able to make contact with a help centre, very unpleasant when it rains. The centre staff were helpful, but if the service ran smoothly there should not be a need to contact as often as we have.
We will be there again twice over the next 3 days. Hoping for an improvement.”
“Well I have not been to Liverpool airport for years but I was asked to take family members and the actual signage for the airport turn from main road is pitiful. Getting to the airport it said a quick drop off there is no charge but I ended up paying £10. Not clearly signed which site to used. Being a pensioner is a lot of money especially in these times. I run around trying to get to pay my £10 eventually my husband had to go the the hotel and a ticket was issued to him to be able to use the ticket holder to get out of car park. Really disappointed. Please review your signage so they are more informative.”
“I'm 85.And a Blue Badge Holder.. I parked on. The Express way to Pick Two Pasengers up on Monday Morning at 09 25..I was there Under an Hour.. Yet you charged me £50.. That was my First and Last Vist .Never Again..
