Very poor as I came back to my car to be faced by a scratch all down the side of my car from someone pulling a suitcase past it!

Signage for the exit is terrible! Better directions for car park area with spaces...

Ruined my lovely birthday and few days away with family , no one manning the barrier so I reversed to try next one and smashed into sticking out barrier ! When EVENTUALLY someone responded on assistance’ he couldn’t have been more surly or unhelpful if he tried , Thank you .. for nothing

I was going trew check in while I peeped going trew the buzzer so had to be searched somebody robbed a silver cross necklace out of my tray noting could be done about it and these necklace has a cross on it and was given to me by my grandfather when I was younger for my communion and is last thing I have from him on the 17 of august and was talking to by James the manager

My friend got food poisoning, we even sent the food back because it was cold. I do expect a full refund. Absolutely shocking.

A delay in baggage cost us £50 for our pick up to wait for us. Disgusting. Legal thievery. We could not afford to leave the airport!

Man who was attending us was very rude didn’t speak English very well was unclear didn’t have patience for me or my Mammy who has difficulties we didn’t appreciate the things he said it was very unprofessional I hope you get this sorted or you will be hearing from me

Our car was scratched while in the Meet and Greet between 27 May and 3 June 2023. The scatch was visible straight away so we reported this to an official before leaving the car park. We sent the incident form to you by email. It was acknowledged. Then despite sending 5 further emails, all of the emails have been ignored. This is shocking service. Do not use!

Short stay parking max 10 minutes and charged £25 no way to find any refund. No way to complain anywhere. Unbelievable service.

25£ of parking at the drop off for 25 minutes because I’ve had to wait at the desk for someone to answer a question! Massive robbery ! 10£ should have been acceptable but 25 is a scam!

Good evening! The first experience with Liverpool airport was the worst of my life. I stayed for 2 hours in a queue of 20-30 people for the check-in and when I got to my turn, Nicola, the airport employee who was the slowest person I've seen (10 minutes for each passenger) said I had to go to another queue, because that was the priority queue... When I told him that what he is doing is not right, because we have been there for 2 hours and it never said that there is priority, he started yelling at me very rudely and mentioned: "Because I commented and did not respect her orders, I will not fly again tonight". She was racist seeing that I am of a different nationality....I arrived at the airport 2.5 hours before the flight and stood in line to leave my checked luggage for 2 hours. The tickets were printed from home with paid seats. The worst company Wizz.air, I will avoid it in the future and I will also tell everyone I know to avoid the Liverpool-Iasi race.p

Paid for ‘Park Smart’. No spots for disabled. Had to walk a long distance. Badly sign posted and poorly lit, went round the round about several times and still had to ask directions from staff. No explanation on booking as to the nearest and best parking for disabled. Very poor!!

Paid for fast track security. It was shut when we got there. Emailed customer services 5 times. No response. Don’t waste your money paying for this service and hopefully you never have cause for complaint because you will never get a response. Manchester for us in future.
