gota£ 60fine for picking my severely disabled partner up outside the terminal building (redline) you should be totally ashamed of yourselves !only interested in making money!

Very difficult to find . Ended up in airport car park to exit area and had to pay £5.50. Little or no appropriate signage on road. Should be meet and greet. This is a misnomer as there was not a person in sight. Nor was anyone available inside airport to advise. Not ideal at 4.30 am! Manchester much better as there are actual humans on site. Won’t be using facility again No covered walkways from car park - open to elements.

The new style of scanner on the exit barrier failed to identify the correct detail on my ticket claiming I had already left the park. The barrier did not lift. In phoning an operator to inform him and request to exit he refused even when he had my reg for reference. He insists on the order reference number which was in my suitcase. The whole affair took 30 mins. Very unsatisfactory. Why change a system that worked before.

Really disappointed, due to a 1 hour flight delay, being charged a further £35 to enable exit from the car park

Was unable to find the parking with the postcode given It wasn’t meet and greet at all no one was there and another customer had to show me how to work the machines

DO NOT PARK HERE! This car park advertises 24 hour CCTV monitoring, what a joke. Came back to my car and it was badly damaged down one side. Spoke to those in charge to be told that they can’t check the cameras as the CCTV is only protection against stolen vehicles not damage. They then said they could give me an accident form so I could claim against myself!!! I will NEVER use this car park again. A premium price for an absolutely shocking service.

Arrived at the barrier to take the ticket for entry to the car park, the barrier lifted and then an almighty clunk, the actual barrier had fallen off it's mechanism on to the bonnet of my car, Two members of staff who saw this simply said, just carry on and park! My car is damaged and nobody to speak to?

I was delayed due to a bomb scare in Bergerac there was no possibility of telephoning or emailing hey Jude was no help, no amendment through manage bookings. I assumed that you would have just charged the extra but when I got to the barrier I was told I needed to go to the pay booths but there were then vehicles behind me. Surely it is not unreasonable to expect that you would be able to telephone from abroad? On a separate point what relevance do the following survey questions have? - delivery on time? Who made the delivery? Was the item damaged? How many days did the delivery take?

hi i went to Barrer and it did not go up , it was early in the morning , so i pressed for a ticket , when i came back they said i owe £174.00 , i did complain i they said you i can pay £20.00 , i not very happy because i have allready paid .

Well at the age of 77 my son booked me This Parking as he said that as it’s meet and agreed people would be able to help me there and also close to the airport. How wrong was he !! I needed help and went to the little office and knocked on the door to be basically told to go away as the man was busy on the phone. I tried again for assistance some 10 minutes later and he still refused to help. In the end when close to tears and concerns over being late for my flight I tried again and very begrudgingly he helped. It’s a joke that this service is called meet and greet and that you charge a premium rate for this shambles. Never ever again.

I wanted to move my reservation forward by 30 minutes, 30 minutes added to one week of parking and it increased my booking price by 50%. Might want to remove that 'friendlier' tag at the end of your motto, something like 'greedy' or 'exploitative' would fit better.

With reference to LPLWP07555668 I paid £199 online well ahead of schedule for my 1 weeks parking. Ok arriving home, I put my ticket into the machine on level 1 expecting it to say all paid. It requested a payment of £484!! I then went to my car and upon arriving at the automatic barrier is again requested payment of £484. I then contacted assistance as it was poring down with rain and had people queuing behind me getting VERY impatient. After providing the above booking reference the barrier was opened and I received no apology for the technical error and I suspect I won’t have been the only person having to deal with this issue. I suggest someone deals with this problem and ensures it doesn’t happen to anymore unsuspecting people especially those elderly individuals or disabled people who would already have had.a tiring journey.

Holiday was spoit after arriving back at the airport arriving 2am, collected my car, drove to the barrier, would not raise, put ticket in machine, it said I owed £456, called for assistance, a not very apologist female voice told me I parked at the wrong car park, although when I arrived at the Start of my holiday I asked a car park attendant in a white van, I asked her if I was in the correct car park? She confirmed I was and continued with confidence to drive into the main multi storey car park, it was only when I exited, I was informed I was in the wrong car park, after explaining, I was told I could pay £20 rather than the full £456, although slightly pleased I became a little bemused of the drastic reduction I paid!!!!

Absolutely disgusting got pulled over and searched because the colour of my skin there were so many people to search and they picked me out of everyone and spoke to me with a very bad attitude I was really upset

I pre-paid £100 to park for 11 days at.the long term car park which I've used before but this time the barrier did not go up and I had to take a ticket. I then drove 3 times around the carpark looking for a space to no avail. I was on my own as my partner died in July so I felt very vulnerable and it was dark. I was upset and panicking at this point so parked between 2 cars, not blocking anyone in but it wasn't a parking space. When I returned there was a parking ticket and a letter when I got home for £100 fine. I am so upset and will be appealing the fine. Why should I pay again when I've pre-paid in good faith for a car park space. Not happy at all, disgusting service. Do not mislead your paying customers that you're providing a secure service Liverpool John Lennon Airport!

On return the car wouldn’t start, eventually found someone to help with a battery jump. Got home car wouldn’t start again, so had to get it recovered to a garage, where it’s sitting to be checked what’s wrong. It may just be the car broke down, and not the fairly of meet and greet. but it was fully serviced before it was parked, and surprised how it was parked and would start when I arrived, meet and greet never noticed it 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️so will not trust meet and greet again as yrs costing a lot to get sorted.

Nothing meet & greet about it! Didn’t see one person, have to stand and enter all your details at a machine print stickers and drop keys, the point of meet & greet is you pull in someone GREETS you takes your car and your away in seconds, not 10 mins after you park.

We have used the meet and greet parking before and found it good. However the new meet and greet service is nowhere good enough. For The post code given the sat nav took us to the old location which meant entering the car park. This cost us £5 just to get out. (Twice) The signage for the meet and greet is inadequate, we only saw 1 sign about 100m from the entrance. Describing it as Meet and greet is being very economical with the truth, YOU SEE NOBODY , you have to go to a portacabin and register your car and post your key. If we fly from Liverpool again i would use the long term car park as it is in exactly the same area as the meet and greet parking and£40 cheaper
