“The drop off area car park is badly marked and chaotic when busy, will not be suprised to hear someone has been knocked down. The long stay was fine, when leaving the area you have to cross a large zebra crossing which needs care as passengers with their cased not concentrating on traffic as none normally encountered there.”
“Great parking location and price. The only ask would be Clearer Exit signs throughout the car park. At night there was limited signage or road markers to indicate where the exit was resulting in a number of cars circling the car park.”
“The easy of the booking process is very good and also the car parks at the airport are easy to find and are well sign posted ..they are within maximum 10 minute walk to the terminal”

“Long stay carpark, minutes walk from the airport and very reasonably priced. Have been using this carpark over the last few years, we've never had a problem finding a space. Easy entry and exit.”
“This parking was good and easy to find. However, as a pedestrian trying to get to the terminal building for the first time, it is hard to know how to exit the car park and most the time walking where cars are passing with no dedicated pedestrian walkway. On the other hand, it is only a 5 minute walk and I would now know what to do next time.”
“We had a good experience of parking at the airport , our inky struggle was having a big car and the spaces being quite narrow , we had to drive around for sometime to find space big enough so we could actually get out of the car , I know this can’t be helped as the car is big but maybe a little more space would have eased the worry about the car being damaged whilst away”
“Wrong time for return was put in went in and changed it to right time though all ok put right time in the machine when checking in got back they used the wrong time and charged £25 extra”
“The signage for this car park was awful - I didn't want to park in the one across the road, wasn't told I was parking there and had to go into two car parks incorrectly before I found it. The walk there isn't safe.”
“Easy access ...easy parking ...short walk to terminal .....hower we had a 7 hr delay due to air traffic strike and were charged an extra full day ... Maybe these type of episodes could be monitored in the future to help your customers as no flights were going in or out .... just a thought 🤔”
