“Well signposted, easy to find, automatic barrier for prepayment so didn't have to worry finding pay machine etc. Really great parking in the multistory.”
“The car park was brilliant and so was your staff. The only thing I would like to say is we have A blue badge and it would’ve been nice to take it over to Spain with us, but we couldn’t because we had to leave it in the disabled parking space in Liverpool. That’s the only drawback everything else was great.thanks”
“Parking is great at Liverpool Airport but had a disabled badge holder with me and could not obtain a disabled bay. Therefore had to drop them at the front of the car park in the disabled area and had to park in the over flow carpark. Which is not ideal. May be should make more disabled bay to the area and able bodied people could park in the overflow.”
“I found the website easy to use for booking, and quick. I booked about a week before travel and had no problem finding space in the long stay, in mid-September Monday - Friday. I liked the fact the parking is close to the terminal, it was about a 5 minute walk with no waiting around for a bus to get us to the departure hall. Initially finding a space was a bit tricky but after driving up and down a few times I found an entire area with a lot of spaces, so you just have to be prepared, I think the ones closest to the terminal get snapped up and you may be lucky if you find a space there. On return I couldn't initially find the car because it was 2am and harder to get my bearings in the dark but found it after comparing our location with photos I took on arrival.”
“Overall a good experience. Easy to find the Airport and the car park, auto camera recognition makes things very easy but we found the key deposit system a bit clunky, somehow we lost the registration ticket for the return trip which made things a bit awkward, the very pleaseant and helpful staff member on duty soon sorted us though. Would have given 5 stars but for the key deposit system. It seems everone has to be a self service and IT expert these days.”
“In March this year I booked a parking space for the week commencing 15th Sept, starting at 05.00. We had an early flight so I arrived at the car park at 05.15, but having circled the car park twice we couldn't find a space. We then realised that more cars were coming into the car park but we couldn't see any leaving, so we abandoned hope of finding a marked space free. We then spotted a kerbside space, clear of some double yellew lines, so, fearful of missing our flight, we decided to park there. We took care not to be on the double yellows and as were were in a very wide section of roadway, we were clearly not causing any obstruction.
Today we received a fine for parking there.
That's not justifiable as the Car Park authority had failed to provide a space which I had booked and paid for in advance. It would seem that the authority just takes bookings regardless of whether there are enough spaces.”
“The parking was easy to find, easy to navigate and having automated and self-booking in of the car key, made this a very simple experience. Coming back out, selecting the A or B automated terminal was the only issue (these should be interchangable!), but otherwise, quick and painless. Would recommend using Meet and Greet - so long as they keep the prices low and competative.”
“Meet and Greet was very disapointing.
The post code given in the booking conformation email 'L24 1YD' took us to the roundabout at the bottom of Speke Hall Ave, the opposite side of the Multi story and Long Term car parks to Meet & Greet.
Why is there no Meet @ Greet signage at the junction of Hale Road & Speke Hall Ave?
You should consider that signage is so important for people who are not familiar with Liverpool Airport and particularly when dark at 04.00 in the morning.
When we eventially arrived at the correct location we entered the facility, without to much trouble and parked in a vacant space. Whilst booking in at the key drop hut, a car park attendant suddenly appeared and said we've parked in the wrong place! Where was he when we entered the Meet & Greet facility? The clue is in the title Meet & Greet.. I think training sessions at Manchester might be appropriate.”
