“It was the first time we have used this car park. We thought it was a little expensive to start with but the communications we received were good, it was easy to find, plenty of spaces and of course, it was right next to the terminal building. It was worth every penny!
We will definitely use this again!”

“So easy to use, it recognises your reg plate for pre booked parking and just lifts the barrier, find a space, walk the 2 mins to the airport entrance doors. Upon leaving its the same process if you've left within your booked time slot, if not pay the extra at the barrier with your contact less card. We had a flat battery upon returning, I called my breakdown service who advised of an hour + wait, I went to the barrier to explain the situation and they told me they have a FREE jump-start service, had me going on my way within 10 mins. Can't thank the guys enough, super friendly. What a breeze Liverpool Airport is 👌and at a fabulous price of under £95 family VIP for a week.”
“The Meet and Greet was fine but when parking I pointed out to the guy, who seemed to be responsible for parking the cars, that I had a Blue Badge and could not walk far. Disappointed on my return to find my car parked a long way away next to the exit barrier”
“The airport parking was brilliant…..when we actually found the right car park. The meet and greet car park doesn’t seem to have any signage except a banner on the fencing right outside, but we had missed this as we used the turning before this and ended up going through the short stay car park as it was one way and couldn’t turn around as there where cars behind us - ended up driving through this twice and paying £6 each time! After getting lost a 3rd time we asked for directions and found the meet and greet car park but feel signage should be added, there are lots of signs for the other car parks just not meet and greet. This would have saved us 40 minutes of stressful driving around”
“Overpriced. I applied in advance online for Shor tStay to pick someone up, paypal took the money, and I never got a receipt or email about it.
I beleived that the car registration would be automatically read at the gate but this did not work either.
This gave me a bug headache trying to sort out when I got there.
