“Exit sighning was not clear from my parking spot, I had to pay an extra £8.00 to get off Airport parking from a differant exit...Not happy with outcome”
“Unfortunately we used the wrong car park and on our return got charged £130.
We had pre paid for the car park and luckily on calling the bell on our departure we got charged an extra £16.
Was not totally clear but I take responsibility for.

“Watch out, once you turn left at the second last roundabout you can no-longer avoid entering a car park and the only quick way out is via short stay and £££ - there are no signs showing this at the roundabout.”
“Meet and Greet is not an accurate name as there is no 'meet' or 'greet' - I did not see a single member of staff. Having said that the experience was good and I shall use it again”
“Car park was short walk to the airport. Would have liked it a bit cheaper but it was very convenient. Very easy to book.
Only other negative would be that people had parked over at least 4 of the footpaths/ zebra crossing. Which made it difficult to navigate with a child cases etc.
Maybe an on the spot fine would stop these inconsiderate entitled people? 😉

“Booking, entry and exit from the car park was straight forward and efficient. Finding the entrance was more difficult, and despite having plenty of parking space getting into a space was not easy. Clearer marking, better spacing between bays and information about where spaces can be found would improve the experience. However, the distance from the long stay car park to the terminal is short, so you get away very quickly.”
“We paid over £100 to park in what I expected to be the multi-story car park. In the end we found it was in fact the Park Assist parking some minutes away and some minutes again to the car.
Because I thought I had booked the multi-story and went in via a ticket which waas odd and then had to pay £12 to get out again. No-one to ask anywhere. We then came back to the taxi park area and had to pay £6 to get out of there too.
So no it was not a good experience and a poor start to the holiday so I am not happy with the extra expenditure and inconvenience it caused.”
“Surface Car park is large, and easy to find. But, for the price you pay we would expect a shuttle bus to take you to the terminal. We were lucky to find a trolley, but the longish (sometimes bumpy) walk in the pouring rain was very unpleasant.
Airport experience was quick and easy, but passport control back had no automatic machines, just 2 guys stamping the passports in a 400 person line, it was like going back 10 years!! Also no tunnels to planes, walking in rain and waiting in rain for people ahead to board...
Will be using Manchester whenever possible in the future....”
“Perfect location however there were two negatives, first one was that people had parked in the safe walkways meaning we had to walk in the road. This needs to be enforced better. Lastly when we returned to the uk in the early hours of the morning it was very dark not enough car park lighting. Otherwise close and good value.”

“I used the multistory car park at Liverpool airport. It was very easy to find with satnav. Plenty of spaces when I arrived. Quick and easy walk to the terminal. Approx 2 mins car to terminal”
