“Entry and egress were seamless.
We could have done with bring closer to the terminal, being in a disabled car park.
Cost of parking was pretty high in my opinion”
“Apart from the Airport bein about 5000x better than Manchester. The onsite parking is mint too. Dead easy.......pay, turn up, park....go on holiday. Staff always helpful if there's a glitch. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.”
“We pre booked a space in the long stay car park at Liverpool but no spaces were available. We had to park in the smart car park . There was no advice or support. Then when we came back we had to pay extra because we parked in wrong parking. Staff was unkind and impolite.”

“Cannot give NO STARS!!. No one meets you or greets you! The directions are misleading, they direct you onto a long stay car park with no access to the drop off, so do the signs and writing on the road. You have to pay £12 to exit the long stay to try again. No one to assist or speak with. Absolute joke, no service. Don't bother, use the other car parking and save money.”
“Hassle free parking - its our first time using the LIverpool Airport multi storey parking. It was reasonalbly priced & literally a 2 minute walk from departures. Simply book then drive in park up, take your keys with you & drive out when you return off holiday. No waiting around for taxi's, shuttle buses or admin staff to process the paperwork & issue your keys. Our flight was early morning which was stress free due to using this parking service. I highly recommend & will be using this service again in the future.”
“8 am on June 5th disabled bays were full, as were other spaces,it wasn't clear if you could drive out and drop off the disabled person and return and find a space again.”
