“Disappointed came back to a fine on my car when we arrived on 23/08/2025 at 4.15 am there where no spaces available my wife has a spine fracture and has arthritis in her hips so we had to find a space as quick as possible near to the terminal, I've paid £130.99 for ten days parking so I would like you if possible to sort this out as I'm upset over this”
“Paid for Meet and Greet, and recieved neither of these services, may as well have parked in the normal car park and saved a few quid, total rip off, every other airport i have parked at has had a member of staff to process your requirements.”
“Booking way easy, the car park itself is well signposted, but once inside finding my way to the area designated as having spaces was only possible because I had "studied" the car park layout on google before I departed. Signage to parking zones is poor (hence 4 Stars not 5 Stars). Great to be able to walk to the terminal - no more than 5 mins from where I was parked.”

“We didn't end up being able to park there in the end as our flight got cancelled! I emailed park smart telling them about easyjet cancelling our flight and can we have a refund for parking, which i got a reply no as it was less than 24 hours. Which was out of my control and still get penalised! Wont book again!”
“Nothing to do with parking, but recent trip with Jet2 to and from Gran Canaria, involved very long walks under covered walkway! Will be returningto Manchester Airport in future now Liverpool has become less attractive. ( Parking was great!)”
“Had a lovely experience with the airport. The security was quick, the cleanliness was good. The parking facility and the distance from the airport was good. Going through passport control was quick and the luggae arrived quickly on the carousel. It made the holiday stress free. Thank you :-)”
“Have used the Q-Park before with no issue at all. Used the Long stay park this time as it was slightly cheaper, and slightly closer but found that as I had to get a taxi back to collect my car the taxi was charged £6.00 to drop me off, literally for 10 seconds. Which is a complete Joke. but lesson learned I wont be using the long stay car park again if I can help it.
Oh and the two times using the long stay previously the camera didnt recognise the number plate so tried charging me full price again so had to phone the attendant (who was very helpful). But still a slight inconvenience.”
