“Great place to park just one thing had booked long stay car parking when we got there there was no places to park never happened before went around both car parks and was running out of time for our check in so had to park in an spot that I could find when we returned from our trip I had a parking ticket for parking in a wrong spot other than that it’s usually ok am back again soon so hopefully this doesn’t happen again”
“I eventually managed to park on the long stay car park, unfortunately for me I had booked for the smart park so I had to pay the difference. It is not clearly sign posted where the smart parking is situated. I still don't know where the smart parking is. I like travelling from Liverpool, but could you please make it clearer where the different area's are. I am a seventy five year old pensioner with a disability card, but I couldn't use the disability parking as I was taking the blue card with me.”
“Always use yourselves normally brilliant this time on leaving said i owed money so I gave my reference number said oh yeh I've found it you have parked in a dearer area .....same as I park every year and were map was sending me to I had to pay 16 pounds more originally asking for 170”
