“We spoke with Carl on the phone to book our place. He was extremely helpful, organised and efficient. The parking was easy, safe and close to the main airport. I would recomend this option to anyone. Fast track was a bonus.”

“Don’t expect the meet and greet to do any of those things. Faced with machines had to take all the clutter of my keys thank his I wasn’t late! Get a ticket post my key and pray I d done this ok. On return got key from machine and went to look for car. Considering I have a wheelchair access vehicle and disabled stickers the driver parked it as far away as possible. Ugh never again.”
“Meet and Greet service - waste of money and complete misrepresentation of service. Having to log details into a machine and then label keys and put in a box is not meet and greet. Would not recommend Who was meeting us and greeting us? Very annoyed”
“Rather expensive compared to other airports like Manchester. £90+ for a week is over the top, as is a further £15 charge for being late picking the car up due to a delay.”
“Park here at your peril or be stung with a £100 fine if you inadvertently park in the wrong bay which you can’t see when it’s dark. I’ve given one star because it’s a short walk to the terminal.”
