I pre booked the parking (£40) but got charged £90 on top of that when I left - on the middle of the night, so nobody to get hold of. Made even worse that I cannot get hold of anyone to try and resolve the problem despite a number of emails being sent

Very poor signposting as you come out of the airport. I was parked in long stay zone B - no signs to direct you to specific zones from outside the Arrivals exit. I asked 7 different members of staff from Jet 2, Security, Disability Help Desk, Baggage staff and nobody was able to help direct me and there was no information desk available to help.

Payed for meet and great as I have a disabled child, came home to no car, hard to find a member of staff to help, eventually found someone and our car had been left in the place it was stored after 20 minutes someone found it 🙈

Parked my car for 4 nights, arrived at 3:45am and the process was very seamless it is ANPR'd so literally just drive up to the barrier and it will open. However, when returning at roughly 2am noticed yellow paint on my passenger wheel arch so it has obviously been hit whilst parked.

I paid for 3 days whilst away, unfortunately our passports were stolen so we had to extend until sorted. I couldn’t get hold of anyone that could help for the car park. So I waited until the time ran out for the previous slot I booked and booked again for a further 2 days. However, I manage to find us earlier flights which meant we arrived early, and as soon as I went to leave it then charged me a further price to get out, there wasn’t anything I could do as there were cars waiting behind me to leave

Good entry and exit vehicle recognition. Very poor signage and lay out of car park, on arrival took a good while to find a parking space. On arrival back home car park was flooded, we were unable to get to the car without shoes getting full of water. No clear signs for exit and signs on the road send you round in circles!

I paid for and used the 'Meet and Greet' at Liverpool airport thinking it would be convenient and quick. How wrong could I be. Meet and Greet it is NOT. I suggest that Management look up the meaning of both Meet and Greet. The information given to find the 'Meet and Greet' was very bad, and there is NO signage as one approaches the Airport telling one where to go for the Meet and Greet Parking. The booking information gave me a Postcode which took me to the 'Drop off Parking' and cost me £5 to get out. All in all an appallingly organised system that appears to be designed to take money off users at every available opportunity. To be blunt I would call it a 'scam'.

Once again car registration not recognized. Access difficult.didn't have my glasses to hand so pressed wrong button and received a ticket ,which let me in but was advised by person on com that my ticket had been cancelled and I would need to resolve when I exited car park. Left me feeling worried for entire week about getting out of car park. Lady on phone sorted issue straight away .

EasyJet cancelled my flight the day before - 9 hours before my flight to be precise - so I was not able to use the car park. The cancellation was made at 9pm at night and there was no way to cancel my car parking. I had hope for a partial rebate of the fee but you did not provide that option

I'm shocked. While on holiday my flight was changed to the evening. When I collected my car I had an extra £15 to pay for no fault of my own. I often use john Lennon airport. I'm not so sure now Lee Wilson. Please pass on to customers services.

make sure you have plenty of time before your flight departure. Ok it is riddiculous the cost of parking but if you consider the ammount of time it takes to find a space miles away from the airport and its pissing down then whatever you aint got many other options ! you wont enjoy

I pre booked my parking, however on arrival the barrier did not open for me. I pressed the intercom key and no one responded. A ticket was printed out and the barrier was raised for entry. On return again the barrier did not open, I again pressed the intercom key and after a while I spoke to an attendant and after my booking was found the barrier was lifted to allow exit. Travelling with my disabled wife this was very stressful for her. I add that I could not find a disabled bay when I arrived which caused problems getting my wife out of the car and into her wheelchair. All considered it was a very frustrating start and end to a trip.

I booked Meet and Greet to arrive 0330 hours and failed to find the car park in the dark. Ended up driving through short stay car park twice (for which I was charged), having a panic attack. I am a 60+ lady travelling solo and thought I was quite capable but this completely threw me. My SATNAV took me through a residential area 20mph with speed humps and stopped in "no man's land". Had I arrived in daylight it may have been difficult. I saw no signs for M&G. Personally I will NEVER book M&G again - Long Stay would have been easier and to be honest no further to walk (in part of the car park closer) - depending on where you manage to get a space. Also when I came home I couldn't even find the M&G in the daylight (no signs when you come out of airport for M&G) and because of my nightmare experience (in the dark) when I arrived I was completely disorientated.

Said in advance when booking that I needed a disabled space but none available to book, or on the day. Construction site positioned over many disabled spaces. Only space was on far boundary of car park, leaving me with a 10 minute walk. On leaving, the machine said I had an outstanding charge of £15. Not true. I paid for the entire period in advance. Assistant just repeated that I owed £15. I gave my car reg and the timings I had already paid for, and was allowed to leave. It looked like a final attempt to grab more money for a car parking experience that, at £50-odd, was already appalling value for such a substandard and dishonest 'service'. Not expecting any response at all, let alone an adequate one.

Extra 15 £ charge for 1.5 hour because flight delays due to traffic control . No respect for the customers.

U was going to write a glowing review, I never write reviews. Up to the point of returning to my car everything was fantastic. However, apparently I’d made a genuine mistake when parking and parked outside the white lines. It was a genuine mistake, but you still slammed me with a fine after I sent a heartfilled ,honest letter, saying sorry and taking full responsibility for my error. Thanks Liverpool airport for nothing!!
